The 2X Return on Investment Guarantee is subject to the terms and eligibility requirements below and does not promise or assure any specific financial outcome.

To qualify for refund consideration, participants must show documented, good-faith implementation of the program, including:

·         Completing and applying the core curriculum and strategies.

·         Attending all scheduled coaching sessions

·         Completing at least two (2) workshops using the prescribed format and materials

·         Completing the initial tax analysis with prospects

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 120 days after program completion and include reasonable, verifiable documentation confirming compliance with these requirements, such as coaching attendance, workshop dates, outreach activity, follow-up efforts, and client engagement records.

For purposes of this guarantee, return on investment is measured only against program fees actually paid and does not include outside costs, expenses, lost profits, opportunity costs, or other indirect amounts. Any approved refund is limited to program fees paid and shall be the participant’s sole remedy.

This guarantee applies only to participants who fully follow the program guidelines. Results may vary based on effort, market conditions, experience, follow-up consistency, and other factors outside our control. Failure to meet the requirements may void eligibility.
